The only non-invasive technology that effectively targets the fat, fibrous septae and skin to treat cellulite on all skin types.
We are the exclusive provider for the Sentient Sculpt.
Sculpt is remarkably effective and easily tolerated because it uses 2.45 Gigahertz energy, known to target fat and leave the skin at a comfortable temperature. Our exclusive Precision-GigaWave technology and flat-panel applicator delivers 80% of the energy directly to the fat layer, making Sculpt more targeted to fat than any other non-invasive technology. Other treatments are absorbed by the skin first, painfully heating the skin and ineffectually reaching fat. Sculpt’s energy works from the inside out, starting in the fat layer and rebounding to comfortably heat the skin, resulting in fat cell destruction and collagen remodeling.

FAQ
How is the Sculpt different from CoolSculpting?
Sculpt uses Precision-GigaWave technology and is FDA cleared for reduction of cellulite. This wavelength is known to reach 55 to 60° Celsius in the subcutaneous layer (underneath the skin). This is the target zone for the fat and fibrous bands that create cellulite. This wavelength is known to target cellulite in a multimodal fashion:
CoolSculpting freezes fat cells in a process called cryolipolysis. Patients find the Sculpt treatments significantly more comfortable and more affordable. Additionally, there are fewer potential complications with Sculpt.
How is Sculpt different from Radiofrequency (RF) devices?
Sculpt uses Precision-GigaWave technology, which is 2.45GHz. This wavelength is part of the larger RF spectrum. 2.45 GHz is 80% more targeted to fat than RF technologies. With other devices that utilize radiofrequency waves, most of the energy is absorbed by the skin in an attempt to reach the fat below. Due to patient discomfort, such technologies are not able to reach high enough temperatures to make a significant difference in the fat.
How does Sculpt feel?
Sculpt is well-tolerated and not painful as compared to other body contouring treatments. Patients often describe the treatment as feeling like a hot stone massage.
Are there any side effects with Sculpt treatments?
Sculpt is typically well-tolerated, and our team goes through rigorous trainings to ensure the safe use of these devices. Sculpt has minimal risks as compared to other body contouring technologies. There is no risk for Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH), like Coolsculpting, and much less risk for burning compared to other RF technologies.
How big of an area does Sculpt treat and how many treatments should I get?
The treatment quadrants for Sculpt are about 15cm X 15cm. You may treat up to 6 quadrants (treatment areas) at one appointment. We recommend a series of 3-4 treatments spaced every 4 to 8 weeks depending on the number of quadrants treated. For more difficult cases it may take more. Some patients see a difference after only one treatment. Responses and results may vary.
How long does it take to complete a treatment?
Similar to other body contouring treatments, the time is dependent upon how many areas are treated. Each quadrant takes about 15 to 17 minutes to complete. For 6 quadrants, it may take 1.5 hours. Many providers opt to divide treatments if they are treating 6 quadrants.
What is the downtime on Sculpt treatments?
There is no downtime with Sculpt™. Patients are advised to avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and jacuzzis for 24 hours, and direct sun exposure for 48 hours. If treating 1 to 4 quadrants, patients should follow up in 4 to 6 weeks. If treating 5 or 6 quadrants, treatments should be spaced to every 6 to 8 weeks.
What are post treatment protocols?
Although not required, we recommend professional lymphatic massage twice weekly for two weeks following treatment for faster visible results. For many patients, time and finances may not allow for this, and can instead perform self-massage daily for 5 to 10 minutes for the first 2 weeks. Patients should drink about 2 liters of water daily and maintain a moderate diet and exercise routine.
How much does a treatment cost?
Cost is individualized per customer per area. Make sure to set up a consultation to get accurate treatment costs for your custom treatments
